Planet Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic part time Front Desk team member that is passionate about health & fitness to join our amazing team.

Starting pay is $15.50/hour, with eligibility at 6-months to be at $16.00/hour, based on performance.

Essential Member Service Representative duties:

• Answering member questions (in person or over the phone)
• Completing member check-ins
• Giving new member tours and signing them up

• Cleaning throughout the facility (Bathrooms/Locker Rooms/Black Card Area/Workout Area)

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is 18 years of age or older
• A great attitude
• Willing to learn new things
• A strong listener
• The ability to empathize and problem solve
• Punctuality and reliability is a must

• Great customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 50 pounds.

• Will encounter cleaning chemicals.
