Our growing business seeks sales professionals (HUNTERS) with experience in business-to-business sales (B2B) with companies in Canada and the US, preferably in the signage industry, to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-driven professional who will BRING NEW CUSTOMERS. Demonstrate to customers how to support their business growth through signage and branding solutions using interior and exterior programs and architectural design elements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and developing potential sales leads
- Assist and drive submittal processes to develop accurate proposals
- Delve deeper into existing customers to increase sales and profitability
- Present to potential clients the full array of services we can provide them with while developing sales opportunities to fit client-specific needs
- Push specialty fabrication services beyond our core business
- Bridge gap between sales, project manager and customer
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or College Diploma a/o Certificate in a related field - marketing, business administration, construction workeragement, architectural, structural design, etc.
- 1+ years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) selling (Canadian and USA Companies)
- Sign, media, or display experience a plus
- Proven ability to analyze options and problem solving
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents required; mechanical aptitude is desired
- Capable to show results in a short-term period
- CRM experience a plus (Salesforce)
- Any additional language is a plus

NOTE: Base Salary + EXCELLENT commission structure. 80,000 OTE - First Year, more than $120,000 OTE Second Year!!!
