Administration Assistant
Unlimited Building Solutions is a busy General Contracting Company.
We are looking for someone with positive energy to join our vibrant office team In Pickering.
Duties include:
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Arrange operational schedules and confirm onsite expectations
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support job site/projects
- May organize conferences.
Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Unlimited Building Solutions has been active in General Contracting
for institutional, commercial and residential customers since 1999.
The company principal, Mike Bailey,
has been involved in the construction field for over 30 years.
Pay: $20 - $25 / hour
