Cornerstone Engineering is looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Working within a project team to assist members and shorten project timelines, this dynamic role involves a variety of tasks at our mid-size oil and gas engineering company:
Receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones in a polite and timely manner, directing calls to correct offices, greeting visitors promptly, booking meetings for teams, etc.
General office administrative duties
Maintaining and ordering office supplies
Maintaining coffee order monthly
Booking travel arrangements for field visits
Distribute mail.
Incoming and outgoing courier
Skills necessary for this role include:
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint, Visio
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
