We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
