Our firm is seeking an sales associate to assist in dealing with how detailed cost estimates are prepared for our customers construction projects and developing the accuracy of these estimates. The right candidate will be able to work under tight deadlines, effectively manage projects and collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver accurate and timely results. The candidate will need to be able to assist customers with purchasing decisions in the store and work with vendors to ensure the customer has everything they need to complete their project in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the cost of a project or series of projects.
- Allocate costs to each of the project's components individually or in groups.
- Compare and contrast the total estimated costs against budgeted costs after completion of each project.
- Monitor projects to determine final cost, schedule scheduling deviation from the initial cost estimate.
- Assist customers in the store with purchasing decisions.
- Run a POS system and cashier till.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
