Job Description
Job Purpose
This position will require an individual to make follow-up calls to Service and Sales customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include as giving quote and scheduling appointments for the Sales department.
Core Accountabilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Reviews and explains estimates with customers
- Obtains repair authorizations as needed
- Reviews estimates of completed vehicles with customers
- Performs check –in upon drop off & final check of vehicle before delivery
- Contacts insurance on behalf of customers
- Monitors repairs during the repair process and ensures customers, insurance companies etc are updated
- Finalizes paperwork at completion of repair prior to contacting customers- collects relevant payments (cp or/ and deductibles)
- Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards
- Maintains customer & company confidence by keeping information confidential & secure
- Sets up and organizes individual work area with designated supplies, forms, resource materials while maintaining cleanliness at all times
- Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,963.00-$60,000.00 per year
