Our custom carpentry department team members are an integral part of our team and facilitate a key step in the journey of bringing our clients’ dreams to life. The custom department is responsible for creating custom products such as but not limited to, Islands, range hoods, specialized cabinetry and so much more! This is a full-time position with 44 hours a week. Wage commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided after the probationary period.

We specialize in custom cabinetry and millwork for residential / commercial cabinetry, residential furniture, and home décor. We are a fast-growing team of over 20 individuals pursuing perfection. WHAT YOU’LL DO Operate and maintain modern woodworking machinery to produce high quality cabinetry and millwork parts for final assembly and install. You will assist in the construction, assembly, and repairs of custom components, by following drawings and blueprints. You will be encouraged to help with fabrication suggestions as needed in the design phase to help facilitate accuracy between detailed drawings and actual finished products. You will be expected to be organized and keep a tidy workspace to ensure smooth processes and enable your team to produce the best quality products. Collaborate with other team members is a crucial part to your success, to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently.

- Ability to read and discern blueprints.
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs
- A strong understanding of woodworking process and tools.

- 2+ years general wood working experience
