This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec (if applicable). You have a sense of rhythm when it comes to connecting with important stakeholders, and building trusting relationships is a superpower.You’re excited by the unlimited potential of working for an industry leader that is mission-driven in every aspect of the business.What you’ll work onDriving all aspects of organisational Learning and Development at Clio: onboarding, leadership development, talent development, training etc.Growing, leading, managing, and developing Clio’s Learning and Development team by hiring, creating focus, and providing guidance/coaching for team members.In partnership with Senior People team leadership, designing and delivering on the organizational L&D strategy, including vision, measurement, learning journeys, and overall approach to program delivery.In partnership with business stakeholders and SMEs, lead and direct instructional design expertise for the business.In partnership with the People Business Partnerships team, design effective learning and development programs that support effective succession planning at Clio.Create the infrastructure for measuring impact and effectiveness of our learning and development programs and offerings.Develop the overarching learning architecture that helps us deliver on our employee value proposition to be a deliberately developmental organization where we scale with Clio’s growth.Driving execution on the L&D strategy through the development of the team’s goals, metrics, and quarterly/annual roadmaps.Partnering as a senior leader in the broader People team, ensuring efforts are coordinated across all People functions and we are delivering a seamless employee experience.Partnering with other stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices in how we accelerate performance and deliver learning solutions to anyone, anywhere.Reporting on the success, budget, and impact of our organizational learning programs and initiatives.Ensure a DIBE (diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity) lens is integrated in all our processes and programsWhat you may haveOver 10 years of experience contributing to organization-wide learning and development programming.Demonstrated experience leading people, bonus points if you have led people managers.Demonstrated ability to lead with a growth mindset; an ability to be resilient, flexible and creative in approaching complex problems.Advanced skills in change management and consultation; serves as a change agent, influencing change in a fast growing company within the tech industry.Outstanding listening, collaboration and team building skills that facilitate coordination and cooperation with the demonstrated ability to lead with both courage and humility.Demonstrated ability to form, develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels, including executives.Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written, with a variety of audiences internally and externally to the organization.Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (DIBE) & AccessibilityOur team shows up as their authentic selves, and are united by our mission.
