Warehouse Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and order picking.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Utilize cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and organize inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize storage space.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipments.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role is required.
- Proficient in operating cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packaging.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
