- Helping connect our working holiday-makers with organizations who are looking to diversify their seasonal entry and mid-level workforce.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and building trusted relationships with key HR directors for important stakeholders.
- Nurturing existing B2B relationships within our database by ensuring steady communication, results, and professional service.
- Leading business development to establish new partnerships with top ranking companies throughout Canada.
- Scheduling interviews between our partner organizations and customers across the various time zones; providing updates and confirmations.
- Assisting with onboarding documentation and arrival inquiries.
- Coordinating new staff arrivals, transportation, and pick-ups.
- Updating and maintaining our internal CRM.
- Keeping established partners updated with any relevant information pertaining to international travel regulations, and IEC visa processes and developments.
- Forecasting accurately to ensure there is an even amount of job vacancies throughout our partnerships to meet the demand of our customer arrivals each season.
- Communicating with our UK and Australian offices to share information and standardize processes.
- Consistently reviewing results and adjusting procedures for maximum success and efficiency.
To be successful in this position you would need to be:
- A natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.

- An individual with a demonstrated ability to communicate and influence credibility.
- A candidate with 2 years of Account Management, Sales, or Recruitment experience.
- Confident, self-motivated, and results driven.
- A fine balance between an independent self-starter and a team player who would work effectively in a small, close team.
By joining our team, not only will you have massive future career potential within one of the hottest young travel companies, but you’ll join a 100+ person global business full of talented, skilled and driven professionals who are leading its industry.
