We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for correctly processing, recording customer/vendor invoices, updating statements, collecting, making and applying payments. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for billing/invoicing customers.
- Preparing reports for charge backs and invoicing to clients.
- Responsible for reviewing contract details and invoicing respectively.
- Work with other departments to gather supporting documents for chargeback invoices.
- Review and send by weekly statements to suppliers.
- Provide all supporting documents requested by the customers.
- Review and reconcile invoices and collections.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
