This role will support the Director of Corporate Services as well as our Purchasing, Automation, Engineering and Maintenance group in our Regina office. The successful candidate will be accountable for performing a variety of administrative and support services, as directed by senior management.Key Responsibilities:
- Complete invoicing and purchase orders.
- Assist Managers and staff with the completion of corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in the administration of project schedules and helps to tracks hours on projects.
- Ensure contractors liability and insurances are up to date and updated in our current computer maintenance management system.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for various staff.
- Prepare, edit, and format various documents, reports, spreadsheets and/or presentations.
- Purchase supplies, ensuring basic office materials are available when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
- Computer proficient with demonstrated ability in the use of spreadsheet, databases, communication, and Word processing software applications.
- Experience with Nuvolo and Microsoft Project is an asset.
Education and Qualifications:- Minimum of four (4) years in an administrative support role.
- Grade 12 or equivalent and an administrative/business office certificate or Certificate of Administration.
