Position: HR Strategic Business Analyst

Salary Range: $70,164.00 to $100,234.00

A typical day for the HR Strategic Business Analyst
- Support the development of HR, education and organizational development business plans that support APS’ people and culture strategy.
- Work with HR leaders to develop and execute communication plans through various mediums.
- Work with the Vice President and Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development to help proactively structure and track accountabilities and meet deadlines.
- Support development and delivery of policies and procedures with leadership teams.
- Assist with HR process documentation and improvement.
What you bring
- University degree in business administration.
- Minimum of five years of experience.
- Background and work experience in various business/program areas including strategic and operational planning, risk management, relationship building, policy development and analysis, communications and issues management, and project management.
- Experience assisting management with numerous and simultaneous issues, priorities, or initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience maintaining effective relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
