Job Description:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for increasing the Waste Solutions Canada client base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lists of prospects and potential clients
- Cold call companies in your territory
- Use a CRM tool to record all customer interactions and manage the entire sales process from original lead generation to closing the deal
- Set up introduction meetings
- Give sales presentations to prospective clients
- Visit potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote products and services
- Collect pertinent information from potential clients
- Tackling customer objections
- Responsible for the negotiation and signing of agreements with clients
- Upselling additional services and products
- Meet or exceed new business targets and activity goals
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales
- Experience using a CRM
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
