Summary
Positive Fulfillment Services is one of Canada's premier suppliers of marketing logistics and fulfillment services to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The Jr CSR will leverage their unique talents by supporting the members of their team and providing excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with CSRs and the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that customer needs are understood and reflected in customer-specific process documentation.
- Perform administrative duties, not limited to data entry and filing.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards stakeholders at all times.
- Communicating and coordinating tasks with colleagues and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills.
- Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team environment.
