We are searching for a star candidate to join our Customer Service team as our next Customer Service Representative. They will play a pivotal role in helping our customers achieve clean indoor air to protect their people, processes, places, and equipment. This important position aligns with our purpose of safely delivering clean indoor air environments, making a difference in the lives of people, the efficiency of processes, and the preservation of equipment. This full-time role is located in Edmonton and works from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
The day-to-day activities of our Customer Service Representative will include:
- Customer Service Delivery - Greet and assist customers with placing orders and order pick-up. Collect delivery information and provide lead times. Maintain accurate customer information, including addresses, contact details, and filter lists. Communicate order status and notify customers when their orders are ready.
- Customer Experience - Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with the Customer Service team and actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance the customer experience.
The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:
- 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience. Experience in a similar industrial industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system is a plus.
