THE ROLE
- Perform accounts payable tasks such as entering invoices, tracking vendor data, and issuing payments
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Submit WCB reports and issue ROEs and T4s
- Maintain recruitment and hiring systems and provide training support
- Bookkeeping and data entry

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A star candidate would have:
- 2 - 3 years previous experience working in an accounting, payroll and accounts payable admin capacity
- Previous experience working in human resources capacity
- Proficiency in standard computer applications and experience with accounting/business software
- Strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities
- High level of industry knowledge
