Bond Consulting Group is a leading SR&ED firm, an innovator, with an excellent reputation in the industry and a fantastic corporate culture. SR&ED stands for "Scientific Research & Experimental Development" - it's the name of the largest corporate tax incentive program in Canada.
We are currently experiencing rapid growth through client acquisitions, and need to expand our administrative team.
We are seeking an internal HR Manager / Project Manager, to join our team, at our offices in Etobicoke.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Administer complex payroll (bi-weekly)
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Special projects (infrastructure, policies, processes).
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- High performance personality
- Formal education in the field of Human Resource Administration and/or working towards CHRP designation
- 3+ years of experience as HR Coordinator and/or Talent Acquisition
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
This is an in-office role, working closely with the CEO, and other VPs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
