Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
Prepares quotations and standard tender requests.
Provides support to the local account executives for back-office activities.
Performs phone “cold-calls” for network customers and “blitz” in some market segments.

Communicates with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishing.
