As a franchisor company, we operate with a unique business model where our marketing department functions as an in-house agency serving our franchisees. Our marketing department is dedicated to crafting local marketing strategies, managing PPC and display ad campaigns, and overseeing other essential marketing aspects for each of our franchisees across North America.
We're currently on the hunt for a talented Marketing Assistant to join this innovative team. In this role, you'll contribute to our brand's success, support our franchisees with their marketing needs, and play a crucial role in expanding our reach even further.

- This position is based in Burnaby and requires the candidate to be able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week. Therefore, it's essential that the candidate live in or around the Greater Vancouver Area.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare communication materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Create compelling content for our website and email campaigns.
- Create reports and analyze data to provide insights on ad campaign performance.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in event coordination and support cross-functional teams' marketing needs.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration/Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Russian.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar).
- Skills in MS Excel, WordPress, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, ChatGPT, Zapier, Mailchimp, Airtable, and Semrush.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, with strong creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills. They should be adaptable, reliable, professional, and a team player.
