Your Role
Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:
- Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing project communications in both French and English.
- Reviewing and editing documents in French and English
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports in both French & English
- Coordinating with Project Managers to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
- Conducting contract administration duties including population and updates to various logs (RFI’s, Decision, Submissions, Change Management, Risk).
- Conducting quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions.
- Reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards.
- Editing and reviewing content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, tone, and consistency.
