The Grounds Guys Barrie has been the Premiere landscaping company in Barrie and surrounding for the past 18 years. We are a full service, year round, property maintenance company. We are looking for a strong, organized, self sufficient individual to augment our team.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment, and is able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements:
Basic Accounting Knowledge- Experience with Quick Books Online
- Experience with Payroll
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Data entry skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently
- Landscaping or Construction background would be considered an asset
- Own transportation, Full G License and clean driving abstract
- Answering phones and calling clients
- Booking Appointments
- Creating Estimates
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- 3-4 Years Experience Required
- Days/hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Compensation is $40-$45K annually, depending on experience.
Please note we have a shop dog on the premises.
