Your future role on our team
Our team of experienced electrical engineers, technicians and project leaders supports biofuels projects and is growing. The projects we work on require us to design innovative solutions for the petrochemical industry, while complying with sustainable development and greenhouse gas reduction regulations.
We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their experience to understand the specific needs of each project and client, define the required deliverables and oversee and participate in their execution, while also serving as a coach to less experienced resources.

Address safety issues during the design phase
Lead and carry out electrical engineering projects for industrial clients in Québec and Canada
Participate in multidisciplinary projects as the person in charge of the electrical portion
Prepare and supervise the production of plans and specifications for engineering projects
Supervise or participate in preparing and drafting technical study reports
Manage technical projects (project teams, design reviews, costs, schedules)
Ensure the transfer of technical knowledge to young engineers
Lead and participate in preparing proposals
Prepare material take-offs and studies
Work on various stages of major projects, depending on the level of engineering involved

Overview of certifications and job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
At least five years of professional experience, mainly in major industrial and multidisciplinary projects
Technical and functional skills in medium- and low-voltage industrial power distribution
Experience managing a team (of two to five resources)
Ability to draft technical documents
Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
Available to work at our client sites and offices in Québec and the rest of Canada
Experience in low- and medium-voltage industrial power distribution design
Solid knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
Asset: experience with installations in classified areas
