Your Opportunity
BDO Lixar is looking for a NetSuite Project Manager to join our growing team, with the ability to work from anywhere in Canada. The individual will own the following responsibilities:
Provide project management leadership for full NetSuite implementation or major enhancement projects
Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the rest of the delivery team to ensure that solution development milestones and deadlines are met
Ensure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards
Ensure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule
Review Key Deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects
Conduct design and peer reviews including individual and team unit testing
Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions
Mentor colleagues and provide guidance and support
Help set the technical direction of the practice as well as provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates

Your experience and education
Minimum 5 years of NetSuite or equivalent ERP experience including the management of budget, risks, resources, scope, issues, changes and quality Project Management experience.
Broad knowledge of NetSuite functional capabilities across multiple modules is preferred.
Experience with MS Project.
PMP designation and/or NetSuite certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, project team members, and senior management
Exceptional presentation skills for internal/external purposes
Ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative organization and atmosphere
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines/schedules
Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
