Eaton’s EPG EAS Electrical Automation Solutions division is currently seeking a Project Manager. This position is based in our Brossard, Québec offices. Candidates should live within 80km of Montreal or the South Shore of Montreal.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manages intelligent hardware projects and enterprise solutions, ensuring high standards in efficiency, on-time delivery, and scope management.
- Work with management teams on resource and capacity planning for release and project schedules.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and produce technology designs and estimates as required.
- Drives decision making and removes project roadblocks.
- Prepares and actively manages project schedules.
- Provides status reports on project budget, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Effectively communicates with all project stakeholders (both internal and external) and senior leadership.
- Identifies lessons learned and contributes to methodology improvements.
- Establishes trust and develops long-term relationships with customers.
- Promotes teamwork and collaboration in the work environment.
- Works independently with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite office tools (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
- Fluency in both English and French. Fluency in French and English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners located inside and outside of Quebec, as well as to understand technical documentation in the field of our industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Knowledge and experience in agile development methods
- Background in PCBA development projects
- Resource planning and execution experience
- Monte Carlo analysis
- Requirements management
- Experience in using Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience leading and mentoring onshore and offshore teams
- Experience working in the electric utility market and power system knowledge
