We are looking for an Optometric Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a background in working in an optometry setting, be proficient with computers, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and have excellent customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing practice and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and billing
- Pre-testing patients
- Taking retinal photographs, OCTs and visual field testing
- Eyeglass sales
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week
Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
