The team at Royal East Dental are looking to add a new Dental Receptionist/Administrator on a full-time/part time basis. We are committed to clinical excellence, integrity and an outstanding patient experience . The candidate would have a solid background regarding dental insurance, following up on past treatment plans with patients, scheduling of appointments, and clarifying with patients’ questions. Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Patient Recall and managing schedule
- Assist with collecting and monitoring performance metrics
- Assist with managing the social media profile
- Treatment planning, present treatment plans to patients, discuss financials
- Insurance breakdowns and submission
- Support management of account receivables and account payables
- Perform all administrative duties necessary to ensure that dental practice is running smoothly.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Experience handling dental insurance claims considered an asset
