Job Description
Join our team with decades of hotel experience. We are looking for a part time/casual server to work as the second server at breakfast or help on weekends to stock and set up the buffet for group breakfast. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Travel benefits to Hilton hotels worldwide. Tips available when in the restaurant as well. Possibility to work as a second server in the restaurant and lounge for lunches and dinners also, but the bulk of the available hours would be weekends during breakfast hours. (6:30am-10:30am)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· To be punctual and groomed appropriately (clean and neat)
. Stock and set up the breakfast buffet. lighting and filling chaffing dishes, providing cups, plates, cutlery, etc.
· To be knowledgeable about the menu
· To take food and beverage orders and ensure promptly delivery and quality of the product
· To present cheques properly and ensure cash-outs are correctly completed
· To be aware of dietary and allergy concerns and communicate these to the kitchen as soon as you hear about them
· To be aware of the CRMR wine program - including description of all white and red wine by the glass.
· Work well as a team player and representative of the Food and Beverage Department
· To be adaptable for large groups and may contain banquet shifts – day and night functions
· To perform Function room set up’s/ tear down’s – setting tables, chairs, cutlery & linen
· To be prepared to run food to tables and bus tables in a fast paced environment.
· Any other duties as required or communicated by the Managers

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
