Job Description
Core responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming calls on multiple phone lines
· Answer any inquiries possible and acquire assistance if necessary
· Provided customer interaction in a friendly and helpful manner
· Maintain and book service appointments for customers
· Preform service department administrative tasks such as filing, inputting information, and data entry
· Following up with all parts order require for service appointments
· Follow up with customer on service repair and scheduling for special order parts
· Assist customer when picking up their vehicles and accept payments
· Ensure the office area is tidy and supplies are up to date
· Report any situation or condition that could harm the safety and welfare of the customers and employees
Requirements:
· Excellent oral communication skills
· Previous experience in a customer service role
· Must have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
· Professional appearance & friendly disposition
· Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
· Must have 1 year of administrative experience
· Must have 1 year of customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 80-88 per week
Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
