The role we are offering you:
The eLearning developer, Leadership & Learning utilizes knowledge and skills in e-learning content design and development to establish digital courses on a variety of employee and leadership development topics. Utilizes technology to develop interactive online content to engage and develop the skills of adult learners in both self-paced and live virtual trainings. Are you ready to:
Conduct needs assessments to identify internal requirements and define digital learning objectives.
Design and develops self-paced e-learning courses with interactivity and knowledge checks using different tools
o Articulate (Rise, Storyline)
o Adobe photoshop (basic level)
o Asset: Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, other elearning development software
Create professional and impactful materials, presentations and documents for the talent management initiatives while ensuring compliance with the company's graphic charters
o MS Office Suite
o Adobe InDesign
Act as an expert with the team and its internal clients to guide them towards the best virtual and technological learning solutions.
Test and validate virtual trainings and presentations to improve them continuously
Builds learning paths and performs records management in Learning Management System.
Create learner guides and other learning support materials.
Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Human Resource Management (Administration), Business Management, Public Administration, a Social or Behavioral Science, or related field; AND
Three years of e-learning curriculum design and development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with e-learning authoring tool(s) for online course development (i.e., Rise, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, or other)
Experience with course interaction and gaming tools (i.e., polling, surveys, gamification, or other) Preferred experience with online meeting platforms and collaboration tools (i.e., MS Teams, or other)
Knowledge of principles and practices of graphic design.
Ability to create and produce graphic materials using a range of media, methods, techniques, and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience in facilitation is an asset.
Knowledge of graphic layout and photographic requirements and procedures, including programming and operating reprographic equipment is an asset.
Preferred experience with course facilitation in an online and in person format
Preferred Learning Management System experience (Workday learning is an asset)
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal skills and good team spirit
Being bilingual is essential.
