- Process Income and Expense Transactions
- Post & Maintain AR/AP/Payroll
- Publish Invoicing and Vendor Postings
- Complete Monthly Bank Reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards, clearing accounts and vendor statements
- Post & Maintain Journal Entries
- Prepare Month End and Final Financial Reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, AR and AP Reports)
- Participate in Year End Preparation
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online or other bookkeeping software
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work in a fast pace, deadline-driven environment
- Pays attention to detail and is organized
- Capable of working individually and with a team
- Has a strong work ethic, is reliable and communicative
Compensation/Benefits
- $21-$30 per hour based on experience
- 40 hours a week
- Hybrid work model (e.g.-2 days a week in office, 3 at home)
- Health Spending Account
- Balance Time (in lieu of overtime)
