Our Project Management team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us in Toronto immediately.
What You Get To Do
- Work and assist on multiple projects
- Spend sufficient time on the client site
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities during all phases of the project- Planning, Design, Construction and Closeout
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining - Project Delivery Plans, Work Breakdown Schedules, Project Budgets and Project Schedules
- Coordinate Owner/User requirements
- Assist in all procurement activities
- Monitor Consultant and Contractor deliverables – Budget, Schedule and Quality
- Coordinate third party consultants
- Update and maintain Issue Logs and Change Management Logs
- Review proposed changes and provide recommendations
- Attend and prepare meeting minutes during Design Meetings and OAC Meetings
- Conduct & complete site reviews
- Identify site safety issues
- Prepare Monthly Project Status Reports
- Commitment to the highest standard of quality in all reports and project management tasks
- Conducts continuous business development opportunities
- Networks regularly promoting the business, cross-selling and building new contacts and clients
- Maintains and enhances existing Client relationships
- Understands local market and key industry players
- Actively takes part in the organization and lead team meetings
- Mentors Project Managers and Coordinators
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of project management or construction management experience on capital projects.
- 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Project sector experience on institutional projects is considered a strong asset
- University Degree or equivalent preferred in Construction Project Management, Engineering or Architecture
- Professional Certification achieved: PMP, P. Eng, MRICS etc.
