Job Description for the following position: Business Services Manager.Overview: As a Business Services Manager you will be responsible for the creation and execution of business services that help support our client’s businesses- for both the Phonak and Unitron brands. Working collaboratively with our sales teams, you will focus largely on retention and sales growth of our loyalty program members and key accounts.What you’ll do:Creation and Development of our value added service offering, including the management of our program and the tools we offer.Agency Management to include creative agencies, print and digital production firms as requiredLoyalty program development including improved monthly reporting and communication to membersExtensive marketing planning with accounts to help them build their own yearly marketing planCreation and execution of key deliverables and co-op projects as defined in client’s marketing planCreation and execution of B2B and B2C promotional mailingsProgram compliance, tracking sales performance against accrued marketing dollarsWorking extensively with media buying and creative agencies to support national and local consumer marketing effortsPlanning, coordinating and execution of Practice Management event on an annual basis.Content curation and creation for eventCoordination and collaboration with HQ to roll out global initiatives locallySupport on national lead gen initiatives with direct impact to product.
